PermalinkEver sat down and wondered about making creative projects but the resources held you back?
"Wish I could make the Instagram posts with a modern look but I can't run photoshop on my pc and Photopea utilises too much internet", "wish I could create designs for my product "or "wish I could create better thumbnails for my Youtube videos but the resource-heavy apps stop me all the time".
PermalinkJust right-click, create a new PowerPoint
and there it is the all-in-one animation, and image editing software you need for free on your PC. It runs on all computers and uses a lot less power. The best part? It's free requires no internet and gives similar results.

This post was made from scratch in a PowerPoint presentation.
Even if we only consider the image editing tools we have:
Blur tool
Colour Edit
Background Removal
Use it with the blur tool and make a camera focus effect in minutes
Transparency
Quick conversion from Graphic to Image
Now you can apply all the image effects on text as well
Easy Shortcuts
I mean it's the easiest to remember in my humble opinion.
These are enough to create a lot of modern looks, if the current trend is Minimalism why not use the most minimal software available? You will achieve the look by default.
Then there is the extreme flexibility to use the shapes, you can make anything out of anything!

You are a tough nut to crack, I have another example.
Every element present in this image you see, made in PPT, absolutely no need to use the internet to generate infographics animations anything, just go to the shape tool and use colours and shapes mindfully.
PermalinkAll in all
I have Photoshop on my computer but I still prefer to do the simple editing work in PowerPoint since it's much faster and I'm done with the work before photoshop even starts!
I am not saying you shouldn't use photoshop if you can, but use all the tools you may have and might not be using. I have created multiple projects with the blend of the two.
This Image was created in PowerPoint
And then we add a little Photoshop and we have a finished project and it took a lot less time.
